I joined a small independent real estate firm in 1991. We were
the first exclusive Buyer Agency company in Central Massachusetts.
I was one of the top agents in the company within a couple of years.
I worked with the top agents in New England at RE/MAX First
Choice. We were the #1 RE/MAX office in New England from
1995-2009.
I moved to RE/MAX Advantage I in 2010 in
order to be located within the area I primarily service. Our
office has the highest production per agent in the Central
Massachusetts Market area.
I've successfully represented clients in
over $150,000,000 in real estate transactions.
I'm a licensed Real Estate Broker and a Massachusetts Notary Public.
I am a member of REBAC, the Real Estate Buyer Agent Council and
have earned an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation.
Less than 5% of Realtors have attained this designation.
I am an approved HUD Broker, so I can
assist in showing HUD homes and preparing bid agreements for HUD
sealed bid auctions.
I completed training to obtain the
Certified Distressed Property Expert designation and the
Massachusetts Association of Realtors Loss Mitigation Certification.
This training provides valuable insight into working with short
sales, pre-foreclosure properties and bank owned real estate.
I received the RE/MAX Platinum Award in 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007
& 2011. I attained the RE/MAX Hall of Fame award in
2003. I received the 100% Club Award in 1999, 2000, 2001 &
2002 and the Executive Club Award in 1998, 1997, & 1996.
I'm a lifelong resident of central Massachusetts, a graduate of St.
John's High School, Worcester State College, and I attended the
Graduate School of Management at Clark University.
I'm a member of the National Association of Realtors, the
Massachusetts Association of Realtors, the Worcester Regional
Association of Realtors, The Multiple Listing Service Property
Information Network, the Real Estate Buyer Agent Council.
I'm involved in the Worcester Regional Association of Realtors as
the association's Secretary, a member of the Board of Directors, and
as Co-Chairperson of the Government and Legislative Affairs
committee. I'm also a member of the association's Professional
Standards committee. I serve as the Regional Vice President of
the Massachusetts Association of Realtors, and our local board's
representative on the Massachusetts Association of Realtors
Government Affairs Committee.
I was honored as Realtor of the Year in
2010 for the Worcester Regional Association of Realtors.
I am directly involved in all aspects of a client's real estate
transactions. I attend showings, inspections and selections
meetings. I stay in close contact throughout the entire purchase or
